Now this is a serious and legit question. So no BS in here of anykind.

As I was saying, I'm looking for people who live in Pa. And are in or about the areas towards the eastern side of the state.

Not anyone from Pittsburgh Or Philly. Which would be too far away.

Anyway the point of this thread is I'm looking for people who actually want to get into the film business or would just want to help someone out.

I'm looking for people who know investors or know someone else of that kind and would like to invest into a project.

If anyone has any other type of questions. Just leave them on here and I'll be sure to anwser them.

Thats a really good point. Im seriously thinking of getting into the film industry as well. I just gotta get the **** out of KY first. Im trying to move out to cali to give stand up and writing a try.

As long as you own the rights to that script in your sig, shouldn't be a problem letting tons of people read it.

If you are filming this yourself then you are fine, if you thought about sending a query to have an agency read it, you need to cut down on the shooting instructions.

Ill give your script a read when I get a chance man. Thats mainly what Im interested in getting into is script and/or comedy writing. I have so many awesome ideas for scripts,movies,tv shows, books. Ive just never had any writing classes or anything and I really wanna study writing before I give serious attempts. I have a few outlines Ive wrote. Mainly all Ive been writing as of late are jokes and standup routines there just isnt anywhere around here for me to try them out. Everyone I tell some of my jokes or routines to though have said they are hysterical so its helping getting my confidence up and Im really going to give it a try. But man you gotta have a set of big brass testes to get up in front of a big crowd and do nothing but talk and hope they think its funny.

Hey, listen don't worry. I don't have any formal training or been to any classes. I guess you go say self taught. And I just go what i've learned from the internet and Such. Plus looking at other scripts to see how things are done.

I've written a few different things. I have 4 completed scripts as of right now. 1 is a Mystery/Suspense Movie, the other is a Raunchy Romantic Comedy, the other is a Horror/Thriller and lastly a Straight Up Slasher film.

Yeah, by discounting the two major cities in Pennsylvania your chances of finding legitmate investors are slim to none. I don't even think you'd find many in Philly or Pittsburgh.

There are a decent amount of "camera angles", which are frowned upon if you are sending it out. Not a really big deal, but they encourage more creative ways to get around it.

its just descriptions of the action and the dialogue.
