Not even close, you need to read some Ultimate comics. Stark is very much 616 in personality. The Hulk is nothing like his Ultimate version, in which he was a cannibal and a sex fiend. Black Widow as part of SHIELD has been around since the 70s at least.

The only thing in the MCU that is mostly Ultimate is Nick Fury.

I read the first 4 to 5 issues of UFF....didn't like what it was doing or where it was going, so I dropped it.

Haven't read any other ULTIMATES books, and don't plan to.

besides i was told the ultimates stark was more like one in films because otherwise the one in films seemed different from the stark in 616 comics in my collection.

I mentioned the origin of hulk was cross between ultimates and tv show which i was also told.

Hulk's origin was a bit Ultimate, but he never threatened to rape Freddie Prinze Jr, so he's not that heavily Ultimate influenced (nope, not making that up). Tony also isn't much like the Ultimate one, who actually name dropped Johnny Depp as the actor that should play him. He was definitely more Depp-eccentric than Downey-eccentric.

So Hawkeye starting as a shield agent and having a wife and kids is 10% ultimate because I'm pretty sure that's a big part of his character in ultimate but not 616

Making the Frightful Four zombies instead of a less interesting Sinister Six was the best thing UFF did.

Lava land is surprisingly cheap to do, oddly enough. Dragonball Evolution had a major scene set in a lava area that was all CG, and that movie was made on less money than this film by far.

Space would be easier though imo all you have to do is have radiation wave cg and boom fantastic four .

The villains were never that great, but after the first few storylines, the character work and pseudo-science of ULTIMATE FOUR got pretty interesting for a while.

Even then you can make fake Latveria /make cg latverian throne room. Cg lava land seems a bit much if they were trying to be cheap.
