I heard that Black Cat was originally in the script for Spiderman 2 along with Doc Ock, but they cut her out so that Octavious could have the movie for himself. I guess the Black Cat train passed a long time ago, anyways.

Black Cat would have been better then the ultra slow and boring Pete and MJ 'romace' scenes. I'm not saying the movie needs to be all action and explosions, but the scenes between these two are so boring and they have no chemistry together. The Black Cat would have been at least more entertaining then Pete and MJ
