Depends what kind of cat fight. I wouldn't be opposed to a witty verbal repartee between the two regarding their personal intimacies with Peter Parker (this would be even funnier if Peter were present at the time), but I wouldn't want it to be reduced to a wet-blouse-ripping-hair-pulling-mud-wrestling-bra-revealing showdown. It would demean both of them.

And then, at the end, she finally declares her love, not just for Peter, but for Spidey too. And were supposed to FORGEt about that? Imagine he likes this new girl?

WHy couldnt they just have left MJ and him together, and focused the movie on the cool stuff...
