They look pretty similar in age to me really, here's 2 pics both from this year. Welling is 2yrs older so I guess that gives him the edge.

It does look like Welling is getting a little pudgy or it could be a bad picture.

It's hard to say. I think Welling looks more masculine but still boyish, but Routh looks geekier yet more mature.
