Just dug up this old thread after reading some recent speculation that he might possibly take over from Chris Evans after a pic was posted of the shield with scratches down it.

Straight away I thought nah, John Walker is more likely, and my thinking is this is going to be in the Barnes/Wilson series on Disney's streaming service.
