John Romita Jr. Back On the spider-man books, Am I the only one here?

hellz yeah. He was the best part of JMS' run. He needs a really good writer again though. REALLY good.

Definatley, I was so sad when he left the book, he is absolutley amazing!!:yay:

I dont like his faces...they're all...flat, with no sense of depth to them...so no...

I enjoyed his entire run on Spider-man. That Bags work on Amazing.

I hear ya.

I couldn't stand the way he drew some clothing either. Jeans and pants were the worst by far with horizontal lines running from the top to the bottom.

actually, i like that stuff, how he draws the faces and clothes. But that's just me, I really like his art.

I would defenitley would love to see John Romita Jr. back on the Spidey books! His art is great.

I would love JR back on the books, he drew my favorite issue of all time, SpiderMan #75. I would also love to see Bagley draw the mainstream spiderman again but that aint gonna happen so...

He was brilliant. I'd love to see him return to the Spidey titles. I still remember that note at the end of his last issue, saying he was taking a vacation from Spidey or something... I'm still awaiting his return...

JR Jr is one of the all time greats in the long history of Spidey artists. The thing is, he's been an artist for a really long time. I would think that he would be pretty tired of drawing all those webs by now. If he comes back eventually, I want him to really want to come back. It'll keep his art fresh.

Yes, but he's done mainstream Spidey for years and years. I'd like to see him on Ultimate.

I would LOVE to see JRJR back on a Spidey book. His artwork has such a classic feel to it. Opening up a Spider-Man book drawn by him almost feels like coming home after work. It's just a welcome site.

I love his Spidey work too :) It took me awhile to get accustomed to the way he drew people though.

Ugh. Hell no, I hate his art! *barfs*
