Batman Begins Who were these actors?

Who are the actors in Arkham Asylum as Batman is running down the corridor and into the cell to blow up the wall.

Who was the guy that stared at Batman as he was running by his cell and were those two guys sitting in the cell while batman blew a hole in there wall. They all looked familiar but I couldnt find out who they were. I thought one of the inmates could of been that tech guy from the Tomb Raider movies.

Oh there was another guy i think i reconised, when batman had his grapple gun stuck to the train and was being dragged though the city. U see a guy look up at him. Just wanted to know who that was. I was pretty sure he was Zepp from SAW but cant confirm anything.

from IMDB - John Burke & Stephen Walters. Walters is credited as 'Arkham Lunatic' while Burke is listed as 'Arkham Lunatic Cell Mate'.

thanks i guess i didnt look hard enough. Anyone know if they were casted for a reason such as maybe being buddies of Nolan or to return as a villain?

Or am I looking way too much in to this?

I'm guessing they played the inmates that Bats says "excuse me" to. I doubt we'll see them return, though I do remember a rumor when the film was first released that the inmates that are peering through their cell door windows when Batman is storming down the hallway after having descended past the SWAT team were supposed to represent the Joker and Penguin. I'd really like to know who played those two actors.

They're bit parts. Smaller than bit parts actually. Seen for less than 30 seconds. I wouldn't expect anything. Just looking for a paycheck.
