No, overall Wally dominates Tim as a character and a hero.

It's not a fair contest at all. Wally has had so much more time to grow than Tim.

If we narrowed it down to Wally as Kid Flash compared to Tim, Tim would probably win, since he has his own solo book. Comparing one incarnation of the Titans to another is not a discussion I want to get into. The original Teen Titans, the New Teen Titans, and the current Titans were all great in their own ways and to try and say one is better than the others would be insulting the remaining two.

As it has been said before. This is a pointless thread and should be banished to the darkest depths of the eighth page.
