Who's funnier ???

Chapelle. He's funny in a natural sort of way. He could have a normal conversation and make people laugh.

The only funny thing I ever heard Mencia say off the top of his head was when he told Kathy Griffin, "Hey, if you can take a d***, you can take a joke." Then he insinuated that she had a divorce because she was a lesbo, and it was completely unexpected, so I laughed. I think someone even had it as their sig. Then, Mencia started using that as a regular part of his routine, and it just became annoying. . . like him.

He was good in the movie Colors.

It doesn't matter, all his performances in his past and future movies are irrelevent because of that movie. Thats how bad it is.

What about Fast Times At Ridgemont High?!?!? I LOVED THAT MOVIE!! I am Sam had a good soundtrack atleast....

All kidding aside, Casualties of War was a damn good movie, and yes, I've sat through I am Sam.

Chapelle hands down. I worshipped that guy before he left his show, but on the grounds that he left on - I have alot of respect for him on that. I hate Mencia's guts only because he is the poster child for racism and falls back on the "I make fun of everyone" bull****. Its guys that won't let it be and only puppeter the vast American public, whom are white and closet racists.

Chapelle is more funny by far. Mencia has his moments but he's more annoying than funny.

I like Mencia, but Chappelle has made me laugh on occasion.

I like Mencia, but he is trumped by Dave Chappelle.

In terms of Latino comedians, George Lopez is 10x better than Mencia.
