Who's the most EVIL villain in the MU?

I agree that Loeb is the bad guy...

In terms of comics. Many bad guys don't give a rats ass about killing anyone(children to to adults). Some get off on it. I think the bad guy we are looking for is a Rapist/Killer. Too many bad guys will kill but Osbourn I doubt would ever rape and kill someone.

Its Loeb.

Loeb raped the withered remains of the entire Ultimate world...

really you doubt Norman Osborn would rape. Sins Past would have been in character and made a little more sense story wise if it was rape and possibly be less of an abomination.

Only that it's somewhat less stupid than the status quo. I imagine most people would be much more behind "it never actually happened at all."

yeah I have to go with Red Skull, nazis nuff said. I don't like him but I have to agree that Carnage is up there. I don't think Thanos because he has tried to correct his evil doings.

Eating marriages is actually pretty ****ing evil. That wasn't what made that story stupid. And the fact that we haven't seen him go on any killing sprees doesn't change the fact that he is the physical embodiment of evil in the Marvel Universe. You don't get eviler than that.

I would say you give that same devil deal to someone, I eat you marriage and you get to not even know it happened, have tons of hot chicks lining up for sex, plus I'll fix the biggest mistake you made in your life and you won't even remember the guilt from the deal, and about 80% of every married person would jump on that.

He might be the physical embodiment of evil but really what's he done in the MU? As far as a body count he's more concerned with corrupting a pure soul then pain, misery and destruction on earth. Like I said, you're in the room with carnage or deathwatch and you're gonna die in the worst way they can think of because that's what they dig, you're in the room with mephisto and the worst he can do seems to be make you a deal you don't like and just refuse. It's just less scary in terms of his actions.

Who's the dude who wrote that issue of Amazing Spider-Man where Peter was like "Don't look at me when I'm ****ing you!!!" to Black Cat? Candidate.

Yeah, I... that may be true, but it's still pretty thoroughly evil. Because doing that is basically ****ing your life in the ass. Also, the OMD deal didn't fix the biggest mistake in Peter's life. That was when he didn't stop the robber who killed Ben.

Yeah. The question isn't who's the scariest. It's who's the most evil. Being the living embodiment of evil and actively trying to make the world a worse place by corrupting good people is about as evil as you get.

Also, Mephisto can do a lot worse than making deals you can just refuse. He's a lot cleverer than that.

I'd say the unmasking was bigger in a way. Sure Peter failed to stop the mugger, but the unmasking put a target on the back of every person that he loves, it wouldn't have stopped with May. Also the unmasking was an active choice by an adult Peter but not stopping the mugger was a passive choice he made as a young kid.

Well when I think evil I think who do I not want to be in the same room with. Mephisto I think I'd have a pretty fun conversation with, then just say "nah" to his deal and he goes away, but those other guys and I'm dying by inches just for their jollies.

As the living embodiment of evil, he's kinda a loser. Look how little he's accomplished. Hell even when he gets a win it goes away. He's rarely corrupted anyone he's tried and some of the times he has have backfired (ghost rider). And the big souls he's taken in like Loki or even doom's mother, he still can't seem to keep. He just hasn't, by his actions, been all that evil from anything I've seen. When he does something actually actively evil I might change my mind, but the most evil and clever I've seen him was when he was Thanos' ***** and he still got his clever ass blowed up.

Yeah, no, that's not evil, that's immediately dangerous.

I don't think you understand what the word evil means. It doesn't mean immediately dangerous. It means how devoid of basic human feeling and how toxic a personality you are. Mephisto wins that. Besides, you want to talk about accomplishments? He's the living embodiment of evil. That means that guys like Carnage and Bullseye, that's him. He's the reason they exist. He is the very stuff of evil made flesh. You don't get eviler than that. Carnage may flay people alive for fun, but Mephisto is made of the stuff that made him do it.

Well see here's the thing with Mephisto. Yes, technically he is the embodiment of evil but i feel like he could be a lot more evil. See a truly evil dude would have made the deal with Peter to get his aunt better but then screw over anyway by maybe still having aunt may die or not changing reality at all and leaving Peter right where he was at the end of Back in Black. If Mephisto was truly the devil he would screwed Peter over, why would he want to honor his end of the deal if he didnt have to? The fact that he kept his end of the bargain suggests that he has at least some sense of honor.

See thats why i chose Bullseye as the most evil, he's just a sadistic ****. You could never make a fair deal with him.

Dr. Doom

William Stryker gets my vote...With Red Skull coming in close 2nd.

Ok,wait before everybody goes yelling "Doom!" "Doom!" "Doom!". Think about it for a second. This isnt asking who's the greatest villain, this is Who's the most evil, most despicable, most unredeemable bad guy in the MU? Someone who has a complete utter disregard for human life and genuinely loves being a sociopath. Basically who is marvel's version of the Joker? In my opinion that would be Bullseye. Unlike someone like Doom, there is no method to Bullseye's madness. He just kills whoever he wants and genuinely loves doing it. If he saw a little boy eating a popsicle on the street, he'd kill him just for the popsicle.

Anyway, thought this might be a fun thread to see all your choices for the most despicable villain in the MU.

Screw the Joker, Doom made a suit out of his ex-girlfriend. :wow:

I think I do, I'm just saying it's one thing to be all evil inside it's another thing to actually do evil acts and as far as mephisto is concerned he's kinda clown shoes. He might be the personification of evil but he's also a screw up with about as much wins in the evil department as paste pot pete. Yes I'm sure he's quite toxic and all full of evil thoughts but as far as deeds he just hasn't done **** to compare.

Being the embodiment of evil isn't an accomplishment any more than being tall is earned. He has to actually do evil things and at most he's a screw up in these regards. Being the embodiment of evil doesn't make you the source either. I think you don't understand what that means. Guys like bullseye and carnage don't get their evil from him, if he died it's not like all evil would just cease and everyone would be nice.

When I think of evil, I'm thinking more in terms of hellraiser and less in terms of that comedian from deal or no deal.
