Who's Worse, Terry Kavanaugh or Chuck Austen?

Which of these two writers did more to hurt the brand?

Terry Kavanagh (The Crossing, The Clone Saga) or Chuck Austen (The Draco, Lionheart of Avalon)?

My vote goes to Austen since he created Maximus Lobo who is probably the worst X-Men villain of all time.

Terry is great and I don't know who Chuck Austen is.
So Chuck by default is worse.

Terry Kavanagh and Tom Lyle are some of my Favourites.

Chuck Austen by far. Terry Kavanagh was only part of the problem with the Clone Saga. Austen had way too much power on Avengers and Uncanny X-Men.
