What is the difference between dividing 10 on 2 and dividing 10 on 3... don't we have to "rip a tear" in the first example as well? And why do you mention time when this is something imaginary created by human and used to measure distance traveled by a moving object/material.

Maybe 10 can be divided on 3, but not in the numeral system we're all used to... there are hundred of other numeral positional systems which are a lot more complex than the simple and inaccurate one we're all using in our everyday life.

Why calculators do make a mistake... well calculators are technically a small simple computers which work thanks to electricity therefore they are restricted by nature to use a binary system(0,1) and not decimal system like we do. And the mistakes in the calculators come from the simple fact that binary system have some incompatibility with our decimal system and vise versa.
