Other cool MAX titles would be Black Widow, Luke Cage, and Spider-Man MAX (because Spider-Man needs a title in everyone of Marvel's lines).

Spider-man definitely does not need a MAX comic.
MAX should only be for the characters that are more R rated.
What kind of logic is- ‘Spider-Man needs a title in everyone of Marvel's lines’ ?
Answer- There is NO logic in that statement.
Spider-man comics are already at saturation point w/ over 10 titles right now.
A spider-man MAX title is one of the dumbest ideas I have ever heard.

The MAX titles do seem like an excuse to make Cap curse or to show MJ's breasts and that in-itself is the problem.

Although since this would be a first time exclusive,
I think the issue that did provide this would prove to be very popular.

Books that should be moved to MAX IMO are:

Moon Knight- It really in essence already is.
Blade- More creative freedom
Squadron Supreme-Keep the title, make it MAX

Again, I don't think either Icon or MAX should be dumped. Both can be salvaged. For MAX, just take obscure or under used characters and give the writer full creative freedom. For Icon, just start accepting some goddamned pitches.
