Why Spider-Man 4 should be Spider-Man + Daredevil vs. Kingpin + Scorpion

The Kingpin from MCU/Netflix doesn't look imposing enough.

that kinda tru... (not about him necessarily killing Peter)
but, this Kingpin was introduce and set up in such a dark matter, that it would be jarring to scale him back to fit the aesthetic of Spider-man movie vibes

Kingpin of the Mcu looks like a normal guy who has connections with the mafia. He lacks the visual flair as a supervillain, especially compare to previous Spider-Man villains in the movies (well except for Shocker, of course).

I'm not sure it's a good idea. Kingpin might murder Parker. He's done it before.
