I've been talking with other mods and I was wondering how you guys would feel about a Misc. Comics Lounge Thread. You could talk about Rex Mundi in there and, as long as you keep it comic-related, you'd have wider latitude for digressions into whatever it is you guys talk about.

Well, whatever you guys are gonna do usually happens anyway, but I was just asking why it was closed? Why after a month and a half (not to mention how long the other thread was there not bothering anybody) was it suddenly closed when no one was crossing the line in there?

I know you didn't have anything to do with it since you barely became a mod, so I know there's no point in arguing with you about it, but it would be nice to get some kind of answer.

Corpy-poo, do the other non-community lounges have restrictions like that? I understand the Rex Mundi people are considered "troublemakers" or whatever the official mod term is, but it still seems kinda unfair.


Anyway, I've lost interest. I'm gonna go see what this real life thing is all about!

You know what you should do, is name it "Rex Mundi (Actually, the all-purpose chat thread)" or that kind of thing. That way everybody goes home happy.

It was closed because it got way off-topic and someone took notice. Hence my reasoning that a lounge thread specifically made for off-topic stuff would be a good solution.

If you guys want to suggest something else, feel free. I'm also okay with just making the lounge thread a "Rex Mundi + lounge" thread like fifth suggested.
