Seth Rollins promo on SD translated to "Hey guys, they turned me for shock value and have no idea what my motives are, so I'm gonna pretend it's a secret, kthnxbye!" At least the match with Dolph was good, both guys are such top talents, it deserved to be more than the opener on the B show.

Side note on Dolph, he did well with his promo.

I actually enjoyed Santino vs Bo Dallas....

The triple threat for the IC title was a good match, RVD has become so irrelevant though that his pop is fading.

Lilian looked fantastic!

The end with Big Show vs Orton was ok, Trips seems to be moving into a Harley Race style manager role, but even with Rollins and Orton acting all buddy buddy in the backstage segment and at the end, it felt odd with Seth still looking like a guy from The Shield, I'm guessing this is not officially a new Evolution, just two heels working with Haitch.

The run-in by Reigns and Ambrose that was reported must have just been for the live crowd.

Seeing Rusev on SD with his new medal and Russian flag unfurling behind him made me think......

Would you prefer Captain New Japan in the main event?

Fale has improved to the point where if he's in the ring with someone that's better than him like Nakamura he's able to have a very good match. It's just....weird. If you told me a year ago Shinsuke Nakamura and Bad Luck Fale would main event a NJPW show with the Intercontinental Title on the line, I'd call you a liar.

I recall saying something similar about Umaga going against Cena.

Great match with Rollins/Ziggler on SD! and I loved HHH putting over Rollins as a major player who'll "sellout arenas" and how "he's a machine. As well as his trolling and how he looked so proud of Seth. Rollins also mouthing "It was always me." after his win was great too. Good heat in the beginning and end.

Also, Orton to Rollins: Welcome to the dark side.

SITH Rollins. :DV:

Am I the only one who thinks Baron Corbin kinda looks like Bray as Husky Harris? :o

Yep, was definitely apart of the dark match that saw Show, Reigns and Ambrose beat The Wyatts. Also, saw this pic:

Oh yeah, III. Still, I don't care to see another Styles/Okada match. Nakamura/Okada is still a possibility, but Okada losing the belt to Styles and Nakamura winning the New Japan Cup and regaining the I-C Title has kinda thrown my predictions out the window haha.

I can see them doing Okada vs. Nakamura for the I-C Title at Wrestle Kingdom. That would be a fresh matchup and a big money draw for them, especially if they can keep them apart for another 7 months.

Ishii is ****ing horrible, I don't see why they'd have him beat AJ, not when they have the likes of Shibata, Goto and even Kota there.

Ishii certainly seems to be a love him or hate him type of guy. I happen to love him and think he brings out a different dynamic in a lot of the guys.

It is pretty crazy right? I really enjoyed their New Japan Cup finals match - though I wonder how good that match would have come off without Nakamura getting busted open hardway.

What are the odds of either KUSHIDA or Ricochet winning BOSJ and facing Ibushi at Dominion?

I just got a chance to see Dolph Ziggler vs Seth Rollins from last night on Smackdown....Excellent match, the funny thing is some like to discredit Ziggler and sometimes Rollins for "bumping like mad men" but their was none of that here. Excellent psychology portrayed by both men that showed what those two could do if they were given appropriate promo and ring time in a feud.

Where do people get theirs wrestling news and results from online? I have always gone to 411Mania, but lately that site's been riddled with internet STDs, and you can't even go on the page now without it redirecting you to shady ads asking you to download dubious plug-ins at the attached links.

Every site gets their news from the Observer. :p

I get mine from the Observer Newsletter and 411Mania.

Awesome! I hope they stick together for a couple of months at least, but the story should play up them now distrusting each other as well.

I just can't stand him, his forearm strikes look weak yet he has long sequences exchanging them in nearly every match, plus he has that Taz/Elgin thing where he's a short dude trying to work like he's Brock Lesnar, and every match he has is the same war of attrition story.

AJ Styles was on Jericho's podcast yesterday. I haven't finished it yet, but it's good. AJ discusses what lead to him leaving TNA, what he thought were problems in the company and bad decisions.

- As seen on Thursday’s WWE NXT episode, Tyson Kidd and NXT Champion Adrian Neville agreed to a rematch from Takeover. That rematch will take place on next week’s episode.

- There is a belief among some people in WWE that as a way to downplay controversy and negative feelings when people leave the company, that they have chosen to just let contracts run out instead of suddenly announcing releases.

- Seth Rollins vs. Dean Ambrose and Randy Orton vs. Roman Reigns is currently planned for the June 29th WWE Money In the Bank pay-per-view.

The idea is that Reigns vs. Rollins would happen at Battleground with Reigns vs. Triple H happening at SummerSlam.

I'll agree with you on the forearms. I can tolerate some no selling, but when two guys just stand there and throw forearms like a pair of rock'em sock'em robots, it starts to take me out of the match.

I like the idea of the 2 singles matches at MITB rather than a tag match, but looking at that plan I hope it's not just going to be Reigns running through everyone. I'd have him beat Orton but then I'd have Triple H cost him the match with Rollins and set up Triple H vs Reigns and Rollins vs Bryan for the title at Summerslam.

Exactly, I'm not keen on that type of sequence in general but at least when Shibata did that same type of sequence with Goto it looked like two guys seeing who could take the hardest shot, when Ishii does it the sequence looks like two guys practicing throwing pulled elbow strikes in training.
