If anything Barrett should be running around telling people how he's the better champ to watch, and then make challenges to defend his title in a way that Bryan couldn't. They could go really far with that, but nope. He's losing a qualifying match now instead of using this wide open opportunity to give the IC title more attention.

This isn't to mention that the same thing could be said of the US title.
