Once again, this sounds like something Randal would ask Dante.
 
technically..... it would be legal... because she has the body of an 8 year old... think of it as extreme plastic surgery. But, you still have to do the act, and watch yourself doing the act :( which could be traumatizing.
 
I would wait until a fresh, legal body was available. I would kill my wife, & have her brain tranfered in to that body. Then I would make her dress up like an 8 year old just to mess with her. Then I would hit it like I was mike tyson.
 
Ok lets just assume that you married her when you were both 20. Now after fifteen years of marriage that makes both of you thiry five. Now she is in the body of an eight year old. If you tried anything with her even if it were legal you would hurt her undeveloped body. But if you can wait ten years you with be a forty five year old man with a wife that for all intents and purposes is only 18. Then not only is it legal to the outside world but you end up being a stud with a young wife.

But I doubt I could wait that long, as much as I love my wife, I would have to cheat on her or leave her. I would ask the doctor if there was something he could do to make her not remember being married to me or what her real age is, then just raise her as my daughter. Imagine having to tell her parents that their daughter in now eight again.
 
If you signed up for this procedure why would you even allow them to put you in a child's body? Sounds like some shoddy legal work to me :o
 
Granted it wouldn't be pedophilia because she would be mental an adult, the fact still remains that at the age of eight a females body is not fully developed and the "sex" the wife was used to experiencing is not the sex she would experience as a eight year old.

In fact her whole world would be completely different couldn't drive, couldn't drink because a eight year old body can't handle alcohol, depending on what she does for a living she would have to quit her job, and not to mention the psychological stress that would incur. I think sex would be the last thing on her mind.

Yeah, everyone's been bringing it up, but for people that haven't seen it: the actual plot is her husband dies and she meets this little boy that claims to be him reincarnated. He knows all of their memories they've made together and seems to be her husband, but... Yeah, he's ten, and while she loves him, she's extremely conflicted. Do you like really awkward, sometimes hard to watch movies? Birth is definitely for you. After that watch Irréversible. Same thing. [BLACKOUT]Not at all.[/BLACKOUT]

At what age does the brain stop growing? Is an 8 year olds brain the same size as a 30 year old? Maybe trying to stuff a 30 year olds brain into an 8 year olds head would leave some mental damage, not only that but psychological damage as well. You best option would be to get your brain put in a 10 or 12 year old body.
 
Well, having sex with my wife whose brain is inside a 8-year old is not going to happen. I can't get it up for children, I'm sorry. And don't say I've never tried.

the boy was actualy being fed info too was he not? So he was a faker.

I do remember Kidman blowing him in a deleted scene though.

u sure about that? i thought the only controversy was the bath scene, i'd think if there was a blowing scene (even deleted) wiki would reference it under the controversy.
 
yeah, usually wiki has a summary of a whole movie from acts and spoilers, its a movie i've wanted to see, and haven't yet, and who knows when i will.. so thought id read up on it and see what all happens, but it was just a very very brief summary, and then just a production summary and a paragraph on the controversy.
 
can't see why it's not on there, she blew the kid for like 9 minutes, it's on disc 2.

they actually showed her blowing? i dont buy that at all... there'd be sooo much more talk about things. And i personally don't see her agreeing to it...
