Really, stryfe, I'd listen to Shadow and check with an attorney [although I said don't look to divorce in the other thread, it appears she's bringing that fate to your marriage herself]. Once you get yourself and your kid straight, then worry about where she went. She seems to have a lot of problems, and I'd seriously urge her to get help if I were you, whether or not she returns to you and your child.
