There's a rumor floating around that VC titles from Wii won't be able to be played via GamePad. I hope that's not true.
They will!! you just wont be able to play them.

I loved pilot wings 64, you guys remember that? Love to see something new

Yep. Companies like Capcom and Sega have an embarrassment of riches in cool old IP that they never do anything with. Nintendo does the best job I think of keeping their old properties alive.
SOME of their old properties. And by some, I mean 5 (Mario, Zelda, Pokemon, Kirby, Metroid). Star Fox has only gotten a 3DS port since 2006. It took 11 years for Donkey Kong to get a real game again. Kid Icarus was non-existent for 20 years. Pikmin missed out entirely on the Wii (where it would have been great with the controls). F-Zero basically doesn't exist anymore.

I kid, I kid. I wouldn't mind a return in some form on the WiiU, and I don't mean Captain Falcon becoming an unlockable character in Mario Kart.I think with Nintendo Land, they're trying to get people into some other franchises that otherwise aren't known outside of the Nintendo crowd. Pikmin is a prime example of why the game was pushed back.F-Zero is just a wasted opportunity. That comeback they did on Gamecube was excellent, and even in Japan where you could play at home or the arcade and transfer your character between the two, online and off.
I love the Fire Emblem series. I wish it had a bigger following.I also forgot Fire Emblem which always gets the shaft outside of Japan. Not all of the games have been released in North America or Europe. They also have very limited print runs, so if you don't get it when it comes out, you're forced to pay ridiculous prices for it on the second-hand market. The GC and Wii games can go for up to $100.
about the possibility of a cloud service and about Havoks worries about them charging about web services.
