Yes, definately re-do Elektra and yes get Frank Miller. If they could do it with Hulk, why not her? It would indeed need to be an R flick. As for who should play her, who knows? I'd go for an unknown. Nothing against JG, just get someone else if you're re-staeting the franchise. At the very least give her an R animated flick. (i'm all about the animated flicks at the moment.)

I'ld like a good Elektra movie but theres still a chance the problems with the first will transition to a sequel. Not to mention it would be hard to hype up.

Yes, make a retread. Make a remake. Have Frank Miller script it. Have Jennifer Garner or a new chick star. Get a better director. Make the action-sequences long, brutal, and bloody. Make the movie a hard-R film similiar to "The Punisher" movie. If you do that than good.

Outside of us fans the general public doesn't really know who she is...she's not popular.

11 years between Corman's FF & Story's.
14 years since the last Turtle movie.

I didn't see the Dolph version of "Punisher" but if the later version was "better" then it must have been sad indeed. Frankly I thought that the later "Punisher" was a waste of my time ( and I saw it for nothing on television !)
