I hope not. Kidder is Kidder, Bosworth is Bosworth. I was a kid when I saw Superman the first time and the only thing I knew that didn't work (even if I didn't read comics at the time) was Margot Kidder's portrayal of Lois Lane.
I think it is one of the worst interpretation of the character.
Well I don't "hold a grudge" against her, trying to build a character from the comics at that time was a lot more difficult than today.
But I preferred K.Bosworth's portrayal. She is not my favorite but I think she's great ... great with what the story gave her. I mean with a new love, a Superman disappearance and a CHILD (for God's sake), I think it is incredibly difficult to play the Lois Lane as we know her.
Well, She plays the part as if she were a woman of the sixties, you know, strong, deciding woman. A woman who has a job. ala Audrey Hepburn.
I think it fits perfectly the role. I find her great even if , IMO, the story doesn't help her at all.
