My bro works at TRU and the MM's have been on their system for sometime now, theres just no date on them. So now they aren't going to release them in Canada at all?

Yes, I am dead serious. These figures are not going to be released here.

Do you want to change things? Call them. Not email. Call. Complain. Request that they get their priorities straight and make them available to us. They record the phone calls. Be kind and courteous. Remember, it's not the customer service representative's fault. Kindly inform them that you wish to file a complaint that these figures are not available for sale here in Canada. Ask them to re-evaluate their stance on getting this product on store shelves. Ask the rep on what other steps are available to make sure that this becomes a reality.

Remember, politeness is key. If enough people call and request/complain about the shoddy treatment of Canadian collectors, and more for the TDK line in general, things may happen.

I can't even BEGIN to count how many times I've called Toys R Us and Mattel trying to figure out just what the **** is going on...

First off, people at Mattel...now I am sure the are only privy to certain amounts of information...but for the most part it makes them look like they are a bunch of gawddamn TOOLS! You couldn't even ask them what TIME IT IS and have them give you a straight answer!

They honestly dont' know **** over there...I've had 4 separate people from Mattel say 4 separate things! Everything from they were recalled because of THIS or they were recalled because of THAT or they weren't recalled it was just a line that was cancelled and will never make it stores, period....OR it was a line that was cancelled but there is talk of producing more figures but there is no guarentee.....sigh.........**** Mattel straight up.

Now onto Toys R Us...I've had people (at 2 different ones) say that they were held in the back and due to be released a week before the movie.....a week before the movie I checked back nothing. I called again and then was told on the actual day the Dark Knight was released could the toys be put out....nothing......THEN I was told a week, I'm not kidding AFTER the movie......guess what? Dick all.

So at this point I am extremely angry at Mattel as a company and I think they should go down in flames and not exist anymore. Let another competent company handle these figures. They finally prove they are capable of producing decent 6-inch figures (ONE of which however is still in a 5 ****ing inch scale for some reason, the Begins figure..what's up with the sizing on that? CHRIST Mattel do you guys F up on purpose just to annoy?) and all of this completely unecessary garbage has to happen!

I don't even think writing a 'nice' letter should be the answer...there should be nothing 'nice' or 'appropriate' about letting these brainless moronic assheads know what time it is.....



AND by the way.......not that I'm getting my friggin' hopes up because...at this point...well..whats the point but....apparently APPARENTLY the figures are due in either mid August now and if not then by LoL..get this.....November here in Canada...I kid you not that is what a manager told me now who works at TRU.

You've summed up my feelings towards Mattel. I would love for another company to handle the Batman license.
