I remember I worked in a place owned by a "hoarder". It wasn't filthy and filled with excrement though, just newspapers, thousands and thousands of newspapers. Some of them dated back to the 50s. The whole flat was completely filled up with newspapers!! ........you get the picture.

That place is so bad, the feces is trying to escape.

Generally, living conditions that get to those extremes are a result of compulsive hoarding, which is a mental disorder. They can't bring themselves to throw anything away, no matter how useless, even trash and excrement. They often hoard animals as well, which leads to further disgusting conditions as they can't keep up with 57 cats.

Either that or a hard core drug addict.

When your apartment gets to this point, I wonder if you even bother ***** in the toilet, or anywhere near the bathroom, for that matter. The moment you feel a dump coming on, do you just drop your pants, squat down and start squeezing no matter where you are in the apartment?

That apartment is downright disgusting. How can anyone live in that? Just from looking at the images, I get the impression that somehow the mess has taken on a life of it's own and has become self aware somehow. It might even eat people.
