j/k, I love Star Wars so I'm very happy with JJ Abrams taking over. I really liked the two Trek movies, but I it never got me to the point where I wanted to watch the original show or anything.

I honestly think that JJ Abrams will do 1 Star Wars movie, and will come back to Paramount to complete a Star Trek trilogy.

Rumors said that JJ was tired of Disney and their tight schedule. JJ hates schedules. That's why he didn't mind to wait almost 5 years to make Star Trek Into Darkness, or 4 to produce M:I 4. He likes to cook 'em slowly.

That's Disney's plan. They want SW7 in 2015, SW8 in 2017 and SW9 in 2019.

I'm calling it here: JJ Abrams is not going to come back to the last two (unless he has some heavy contract with Disney). REMEMBER THIS POST IN 2016 FOLKS!

Ahh yes. I'm moving in the near future and plan to get some curtains just for that issue.

We have a couple LCDs and LEDs in the bedrooms and yeah the quality and colors are definitely noticeable. The only reason I choose plasma over LED is because one like you said, the blacks are better, as well as the fact that it doesn't get all soap opera weird. Do you know what in talking about? Walk into a Costco or best buy and look at a TV that's playing a blu-ray that you've seen before and it somewhat transforms the flow of the image. Like it's not supposed to look like that. I find it to be the strangest thing.

The 'transformed flow' that you're talking about is caused by the processors that up the refresh rate in the newer LED's. Plasma has a native 600Hz while LEDs sport either 120 Hz or 240 Hz. To make up for the difference those rates are boosted with a processor that jumps the rate to sometimes 480 Hz, 900+ Hz, etc. It ends up making the image look cartoonish--I don't like it. It's a feature that can be turned off though.
