German is also a good choice, especially if Germany continues its control over Europe with Merkel.

Also, if Croatia is in a bad shape (monetary talking, of course), I don't know how Spain is. I don't think there is an adjective to describe it. Also, I'm curious if countries like Croatia are aware of our situation :P

yes we are :cwink: Croatian people suriving from month to month (mostly on credit cars), many of them dont have regular paycheck, as many people dont even have a jobs either. Biggest problem is there is not industry whatsoever, as nothing built in the industry since war. When your former premier, person who runned government last 10 years, end up in prison for money embezzlement you know what time is come. :oldrazz:

speaking of traveling, I just got great news!

a friend of a friend is like doing business with some music producers in Italy and they know want to add some "cool bubbly lead guitar" to their party music, this friend of a friend saw my guitar video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L95_ap65Iz8&lc=rTMr1hRslkA5EZREEzlGfGWgpAH5dWCy0Zc1uEUfvLA
and he sent this link to the producers and they asked if I want to travel to Italy to do guitar stuff on their music! they're paying the trip and so on

That cleared something up for me :D I've always wondered since people are on here from around the world, is the site set up in different languages for each? I've always wondered. Well until now.

Great skills, man, pretty awesome! I'm a bass and drums player. Guitar will always be too hard for me, I don't have enough "flexibility" to do chords lol

Yeah, I've been playing drums in a band since 2008. Playing bass is only a hobby. How about you?

I play in 2 bands, the main one is on summer break so I really get to focus on the second one currently. We play mostly metal/hard rock spiced up with groove and melody.

I'm maybe maybe gonna be the singer of this project as well

You've got great skills!

I play some electric guitar too, but I've never been able to learn to play solos like that. First of all, my hands are pretty small. Secondly, my little finger is very weak so whenever I use it in an attempt to solo, it kinda folds and hurts haha!

So I'm more of a rythm player.

thanks!

This might be obvious but I'm gonna mention it anyway: have you tried metronome practices? they tend to be boring but give great skill development

Very unfortunate, sad story... ^

I finally got to watch Man of Steel.

I can see why it's received so mixed scores. But in my opinion, it was a very good film.

It had some similarities to Amazing Spider-Man. For example, while the script wasn't perfect, it had lots of heart and emotions which I liked. While it had some obvious flaws, I liked the overall package alot.

Cavill was great as Superman! All of his parents were great too! Someone I think many people forget to mention is his mother on Earth. She was perfect!

Alot of people have complained about the flashbacks and that Zod was disappointing. I have to say that I loved the flashbacks and had absolutely no problem with the placement of them in the film. It never felt like aping BB to me. Also, while this Zod wasn't nearly as great as the one in S2, I was fine with him. He, and his Kryptonians, were definitely better villains than Lizard to me.

I loved the action! However, it definitely felt like too much at times and reminded me alot of Transformers sometimes. I also felt, like many others, that Superman seemed careless while in battle. Too much destruction that could have been avoided.

I also didn't like Amy Adams as Lois Lane at all! However, I don't agree with the complaint that she was everywhere and annoying. It made sense everytime why she was present. Also, I think she was written well but miscast.

Another thing I didn't like was Snyder's direction. The overuse of sudden zooms were very annoying.

But yeah, overall I'd say it's a very good film. I rewatched ASM recently and found myself a bit disappointed. ASM didn't feel nearly as good as Before. So, to my surprise, I have to say that Man of Steel is the better film of these two in my opinion. But it's still not in the Nolan's Batman trilogy league or even Iron Man, but somewhere below those.

Edit: I forgot to mention another thing. I think that, compared to ASM, Man of Steel had a very clear story going from A to B in a convinced way which I liked. Also, Zimmer was great as always! I never felt the film was too serious. I liked the serious tone and never found that I was missing humoristic scenes. It was never needed, simply. However, the very few that were there were good enough to me.

If I had to compare MoS to ASM straightly, I'd have to say that ASM triumphs in camera work, direction, love interest and cast, while Man of Steel wins in action, villain, story, music and script.

I had no idea who this guy was, but I read he was just a week into his marriage. That is truly tragic. As if going so young wasn't awful enough.

Exactly, it's tragic. Feel terrible for his wife. :(

So, I just saw Spring Breakers. That's an... odd movie. I liked it, but there are some really really strange moments. I was liking it more as it advanced. Reminds me to "Drive", maybe the cinematography or the rhythm, I don't know. Not as good, though.

Yeah, I was shocked when I found out Davis died. I've seen some videos with him in it and he was cool. RIP

I'm happy Mendes is returning for the next Bond.

Wow, imagine if Jackman finally got the ball rolling between Marvel, Sony, and Fox? I already have mad respect for the guy, but that would be beyond incredible.

I know right, I hope that it cant get seen by the higher up and he's right its not that complicated.

Well, STID's heavy tributes weren't as bad as I feared. Definitely my favorite summer movie thus far.

As far as I'm concerned, they are sitting on money right now. Fox and Sony loan their characters to Marvel, Marvel spends the money for the film, Fox and Sony don't spend a dime, then they get a little bit of money from the box office earnings. You're getting paid to do nothing, you'd think the movie studios would be interested in that.

First time I've heard Hugh ask for a Spidey crossover. I've heard him ask for an Avengers crossover before, but I think there's less chance of that at the moment sadly with Fox and Marvel's apparent attitude to one another with the Quicksilver debacle.

I personally would love to see it happen. I've wanted a Wolverine and Spider-man crossover since the days Tobey was still Spidey. I'd love to see a larger MCU also, but it just seems very difficult getting those three studios into the same room. Maybe Hugh can change that, but it's going to be hard work convincing them I imagine. We live in hope I guess.
