Is it like super negative and morbid and all that jazz?

Its basically one of those, "it's so bad, it's so good" type of movies. It is usually considered to be "the best worst movie ever made." One of the actors, Greg Sestero, just wrote a book about it called The Disaster Artist, and he came to my school to promote it. Such an awesome guy!

Yup. He sold copies of his book, had some rare posters, we watched a documentary, and then students did reenactments from the script.

Lol okay good.

"So bad it's good." That's basically most of the Fast and the Furious movies for me. I can quote them all day haha.
And strangely enough, can do a pretty good Paul Walker impression. RIP

Oh, trust me, The Room is beyond fast and the furious. Its literally its own type of thing. Hard to explain. Has a very strange backstory that is worth getting into.

Yeah, those movies are bad. But they are masterpieces compared to The Room. I always got the vibe from it that Tommy Wiseau worships himself. lol


Fun fact: Someone trolled Godzilla fans on IMDB in fall of last year by putting Tommy Wiseau on the cast list. A lot of Godzilla fans on message boards freaked out. Turned out to be false, of course. But Tommy was asked about it and he said he would love for Legendary pictures to put him in one. lol
