After a two-year absence, Hugh has started tweeting again (probably because he has his one-man show in SF next week and Reel Steel coming up, plus Wolverine). Today he tweets this:

2 all who are asking about my Wolverine diet credit goes 2 my trainer don scott. there are 2 phases the build up & the cutting up. U have 2 go easy. build up per my pal Dwayne Johnson600cals/day. if I wake in the pm I have a protein shake. 1 scoop natural protein & 1 scoop glutamine w/ h2o
For breakfast at 7am 8 egg omelette. Only 2 yolks. w/ 1 serving low fat cottage cheese & 1 toasted muffin plain, no butter. At 8:30am I have 1 cup rice & 8oz cooked minced turkey. 1 scoop protein & 1 scoop glycomaize (easily absorbed carb) 30 mins b4 training. I train at 10am for 1 hr. during that I have 1 scoop glycomaize & bcaa powder. At 11am I have 1 scoop glycomaize & 1 scoop protein.
Starting at 12pm I eat 5 meals at 2hr intervals. 8oz lean protein, steamed veggies, & carbs (rice or yams) at 12pm & 2pm only. Then at 9pm I have 1 scoop casein (slow release powder). Seriously though u need 2 build up 2 this & make sure your dr says its ok for u. go eeeeaaaaasssssyyy.
