I think it's just people being surprised that she doesn't look like she will melt on a warm day. There are people who have had much less surgery that look far worse.

I was just pleasantly surprised that she didn't completely look like a freak. I was expecting far worse ... and to be honest, she doesn't look that bad even with the surgery. I'm sure things will not go well for her down the road, but for now ... not bad.

And the ones that don't have the money for it, I guess they go the emo route with the cutting and all that there. Either way, both are extremes.
