So I went to the brand new Wal-Mart in my town and pciked up Season 2 yesterday and I really enjoyed it.

I feel that this was the season that show is really starting to turn around. In the beginning, it seemed as if the show was trying to be a cheap rip-off TAS and a shameful ploy to sell toys. Now, throughout the second season, there has been actual serialized character development.

Pros:
-The slow but steady acceptance of Batman by the GPD. It wasn't an overnight or automatic assumpton that the batman was a good guy. Throughout most of the season, he is still seen as a criminal to the city.

-Commisioner Gordon. The legendary partnership being formed is a featurre that TAS series lacked. Thier first meeting has a great Batman Year 1 or even Batman Begins feel.

-Serialization. These episodes require a certain order. A style closer to JLU than TAS, which is always a plus. Plus, the plots of these episodes seemed deeper and less 2 dimensional than the earlier TAS episodes.

Cons:
- Clayface's downfall. In meltdown, he had the potential to be a great anti-hero, such as venom or even the rubber band man. but by soloman grundy, all of his characterization of ethan was gone and he was a simple petty theif.

-Lack of continuity. Seems like Joker goes to prison every episode but is never shown escaping.

I really enjoyed this season and am looking forward to future ones.
