But really, if an actor or actress possesses most of the qualities I value in a character, I'm more than prepared to overlook any shortcomings they might have. Anamaria is among the more talented actresses mentioned so far, she's foreign, speaks fluent English, and looks very similar to how I envision the character. Put wedges in her shoes if need be.

Question - would it be OK by you if Superman or Batman would be played by a 5'7 actor, who possesses most of the Qualities you value in the cahracter?
Beside that - If you have 3 actresses, who possesses all of Wonder Woman qualities you value - one is a 33, 5'5 who's an Oscar caliber actress, the second one is a 30. 5'7 actress you adore and like, and the last one is a great 20 something, 5'11 actress you don't know, but heard some good things about her... Who would be the one you'd want them to cast for WW?

Anyway i'll tell you what, IMO, is the biggest Difference Between Hawkgirl, Supergirl and Wonder Woman... I'm not a big comic book reader, but I'm pretty sure Wonder Woman do most of her fighting on the ground, while Supergirl and Hawk Girls do it in the air - Because. most of the times. they're flying/hovering while fighting, So their height. IMO. is much less important then Wonder Woman's. Wonder Woman biggest assets are her Hand to Hand fighting skills and the weapons she use(and her Height and build).

No, Milly is 5'2. Her listed height online is BS, as it is with the vast majority of actors. Here is her next to Emily Carey, who is listed at 5'4 in similar footwear.

Diana is magical. Much like Clark and Kara, her strength isn't really based on her look. Her height does very little for her fighting ability. She isn't having real world style fights, where if she was taking on a trained warrior who is 6'5 285, they're going to keep her at bay with a stiff jab or a polearm.

That all said, if you're looking for someone who looks like they can really fight, 5'7 is right in that wheelhouse. The current women's heavyweight boxing champion is 5'8. The all time greatest women's MMA fighter is 5'8.

She's the one at dinner with Ruffalo and Colette and then tries to hook up w one of the clones. Bit of a nothing role in Mickey 17, but she's not bad in it.

Check out Happening though. French drama about a gifted college student who gets pregnant while abortions are illegal. She's the lead and is very, very good; restrained but still free flowing, and has a real sensitivity to her.
