Flash dead, Wonder Woman will "Boy scout" be able to bring them in? tune in next week same time same channel

The thing about that script though is Wb said they basically just bought it for some new ideas but Joel Silver has no plans of doing a 1940s period piece.

It's pretty much the same situation as the Alex Ford Superman script. I still surmise the WW project will be directorless for a long time and on the shelf for some time.

I think Flash has a much better chance of pulling itself together and doing decently in theatres. It has alot of kid appeal.

i think a flash movie could work if they make it about family rather than running fast

I think you pretty much hit the nail on the head. I think Wonder Woman is DOA at this point. Would love to snag her for an episode of the show now...

Personally I think the character of Wonder Woman would be an amazing addition to Smallville. My idea for her would be her and Clark hook up in a relationship(like in the comics) for much of the first half of season 7.Then eventually they break up and she leaves. But she'd be a great addition as a recurring guest star like the Green Arrow was this season.

I still have a spec script I wrote for Smallville titled "Wonder" lying around. Maybe this'll motivate me to finish it. ;)

A Flash movie would be awsome! Just have Wally get the radioactive stuff on him at 18-20 years old, have him learn how to use the powers, and have a villian like Zoom in it! It'd be awsome.

Do you know anything about wonder woman and her backround? You would realize that her being in America and in a realtionship with clark kent, would be illogical at this time.

You could say the same thing about Lois Lane.

Logic is suspended for Smallville.

The story I had going (work with me here) involved Diana as a woman's rights activist with a hidden past who comes to Metropolis to challenge Luthorcorp's hiring practices and what she believes is discrimination and sexism on the part of Lex.

Wonder womans history is 20 times more complex and mythic then Lois Lanes. Hence why it takes so long to make a proper movie for her.

You kidding me dude? Its not a bad idea I suppose, but does not seem like wonder woman.

I could say the same about the great King of Atlantis, but now he's a surfer dude who works at a surf shop... bro.

I went hard on the ol' feminist angle. Seemed like the way to go, for me. It was pretty similar in structure to "Aqua" and with a nice smackdown between Diana and Clark (the old 'misunderstood hero' route that was used in "Arrow", as well).

Mostly it all depends on which era of wonderwoman are you going with. post crisis wonderwoman or pre-crisis. I think these are simliar problems that have delayed the production of the movie.

Same producers. Though he was actually characterized way better on Mercy Reef than Smallville. He was kinda a *****e on SV.

Cmill, A.C. already explored the activist angle.

There is no way to make Wonder Woman work on a show like Smallville. I'm sorry. There isn't.

"Where you from?"

"Some hidden island with man hating Amazons"

None the Less, chances of wonder Woman appearing are still slim. As WB is extremly intent on putting out a Wonderwoman film. Thye already have excepted a script, but who knows. Her appearing or not is not important anyway.

I'm going to go with the "never say never" approach. I couldn't have imagined them even attempting Martian Manhunter before this season, but it's worked.
