Are they magical in nature, an extension of her powers or just witters devices?
I ask because I am watching WW and no explanation as to why they are bullet proof. Including her boots.

Well, her armor is definitely at least Amazon make, which probably amounts to "is magical" to an extent. I suspect the answer, insofar as anyone at WB is thinking of it, is "It depends". Most of the powers of the lasso are probably inherent to the lasso. However, her ability to deflect any attack with her bracers is almost certainly *not* a feat of the bracers, but her own innate godpower; she could likely do the same with anything plausibly strong, even if its just a cast iron poker and a ceramic cutting board.

Lasso of Hestia is magical and so is the armor she gets when she climbs up the Tower to get the "God killer sword" and shield. In the movie, the armor, sword and shield were kept in a secure place and they were not meant to be used by other Amazons. In BvS, WW has "the sword of Athena" which is again a magical weapon, which is why it can hurt Doomsday.
