BvS Would Richard Grayson be part of this movie?

I won't lie, Efron looks eerily like a lot of artist renditions of Dick, past and present.

Hmmm, not sure about Efron, but I always thought Robbie Amell looked like a Dick Grayson.

I've been on the Efron train for awhile, I think he'd make quite an interesting Grayson.

At this point, I'm positive that Dick Grayson (nor any other Robin) will NOT appear in this film.

Will we get references, and possibly even see a display case of the Bat family suits? Most likely.

Now, that Scoot McNairy is out of the running for a potential Dick Grayson/Nightwing for this film. I've been researching Callan Mulvey, and even though he is 39 he can get away with playing a 35 year old Nightwing. Because Batfleck will be at least 45 in this film... which would make Dick 35! Just b/c he's had an accident it shouldn't continue to haunt his career and make him the Joker or Metallo? I think he would make a great kick ass Nightwing! Besides Zack said in the beginning that he was going to explode Superman's and Batman's universes in this film! Which means instead of winks and nods and easter egg's you will see a Tim Drake and/or Barbera Gordon, in some small type of capacity in this film! Which would make it a Kazzilion dollar movie! :) What do you guys think?

He's Firestorm so no! i don't see McNairy or Mulvey playing Grayson. I'm not saying Grayson isn't in the film, just that I don't see either of those guys playing him

If it aint Mulvey then I doubt Nightwing is in the movie. There 75% done with the production.

What if Tao is playing a genderbended Nightwing?:o

Everyone wants Nightwing to be in this. I don't anymore.

I want a young, pre-Robin Dick Grayson to be introduced in the next Batman solo movie. It'd be like Robin Begins. No need to rush to Nightwing, some of the best Dick Grayson stuff is early on when he's just been adopted. Dark Victory and Robin Year One could be big influences on the movie's take on his origin.

I don't care for the idea of Batman getting his first Robin when he's in his forties.

I think it'd make his child endangerment issue worse.

I'd love for Dick to get referenced by Alfred and Bruce ignoring it, and a Jason Todd memorial in the cave, but save actual appearances, and stuff like flashbacks and explanations and the like for a solo film, would love to see the solo bat film address the legacy aspect of Robin and have him take on Tim as the new Robin by the end.

Why not use Jason Todd? Why skip him?

Using Jason's death as a plot device really seems like the way to go.

His death could be a large part of Bruce's weariness in the story, and having him overcome that pain would be really compelling to watch.

I agree as well. Bruce needs to be in his early years so that the smaller age difference doesnt underline the ridiculousness of a child crimefighter. He's 25, Robin is 15, so it's not too bad, you know?

I see your point in bold. But there's more to it. We have the chance to see Jason Todd in action for the first time, and some people here want to run past him and get Tim Drake instead. There' something missing then.

I don't think Jason will happen in a future reboot. It will be Dick all over again, then. This could be the only chance for the second Robin to be done live action.
