That whole Kong/Kharma thing ticks me off. Alicia Fox isn't a great talent by any means. McCool took a bump, Maryse took a bump... Fox takes it and messes it up.. no way that should be pinned on Kharma/Kong. It will be though, because she's not your standard "diva."

yup,Indeed a damn shame!and the outburst in TNA was cause of BTLS and anybody would snap on him!!

That was not the first. Kong was having problems backstage well before Hogan and company came into the company.

Kong's problems are not isolated incidents and I knew it would only be a matter of time before she had heat on her. I just didn't know it would be this quickly.

What have been her problems backstage?

Yeah, I know Kong is a stiff worker.... But.. I guess it's to much to ask for a "diva" to be prepared for that.

It's not that I HATE Alicia Fox... I could just careless about her talent wise, she's a little bit more useful than the Bela Twins.

Seriously though, every time I see some of these divas I wish the WWE had Tara and Mickie James back...

EXCLUSIVE: Update on CM Punk's Future With WWE

In an update to an earlier report concerning CM Punk's future with the WWE, I have learned that a major issue in the negotiations of CM Punk re-signing with the company is the trademark of his name.

As of now, Vince McMahon and the WWE don't own the name CM Punk. They would like him to sign over the rights to the name which appears to be a hold up in a quick agreement between both sides to continue working together long term.

It appears that CM Punk would like to remain with the WWE but wants to be sure he looks out for himself. As one source told me, "Punk knows that WWE is the secure place for him to be at this point in his career but is a smart business man."

CM Punk is one of the few wrestlers who was well established on the independent circuit and kept his ring name when being signed by the WWE. It is common the WWE gives the performer a name change so they do have ownership and rights to their WWE identity. Bryan Danielson's name being changed to Daniel Bryan is a recent example.

she will pull an orton in evan bournes bag

she could be the new batista and go through the wrestl....superstars on the roster.

Smart choice on Punks part. If he holds out long enough they'll probably cave.

Agreed Benstamania, even if they don't cave I think it's a good idea for him to hold onto that name.

Yup, if not I guess he can always go back to RoH, even though that's quite a step down. I hope for the WWE's sake that they see what they could lose if they let him walk.

In the meantime let him continue to job until he signs a new contract.

I agree with the PTB in regards to Christian not being the type of guy that you can build a brand around. I love Christian and was happy to see him win the title, but in no way do I see him as a main event level guy.

But dropping the title to Orton on the Smackdown immediately following the PPV is NOT the way to go about it, no matter how much the guy might not be main event material.

You build up a feud and have Christian drop the title at the next PPV if you absolutely have to take the title off of him. That's how you handle a situation where the belt is on a guy that isn't necessarily a main eventer, but for whatever reasons you put the belt on him (due to necessity, as a "thank you" for a good career, or in the case of Christian, for emotional reasons).

I'm really disappointed in WWE treating Christian's title reign in such a poor fashion. And to me it takes away from the moment Christian and Edge had at Extreme Rules.

punk doesn't see it as a step down,he is always going to ROH shows whenever possible and hanging backstage,I don't think he will have a problem going back if it ever came to that decision.

on the crappy spinner belt ye its seperate but i thought on the heavyweight belt it was part of the whole thing?

i could very easily be wrong though

nope

See... I'm a HUGE fan of the Miz, huge. I was a fan of his when he called Cena out every week, then when he started to shine with the US title and then when he really came out of his shell during his MizShow days.

Miz became a guy you can build PPV's around when not long ago he was losing every week to John Cena in extreme squash matches. I know MANY people who thought Miz would never be the "face" of the WWE... and look at him now, the top heel on Raw... maybe even in the WWE (outside of Punk, who, IMHO needs to get away from Nexus).

I have no idea why they couldn't build Christian like they did the Miz.

Then again, if Christian isn't complaining maybe I shouldn't be either...

Oh no, I didn't mean he would look at it as a step down as I know he still loves it. I marked out a bit when he was wearing that Colt Cabana shirt on Raw when he was still announcing.

...Which I miss btw.

Most people I know, even wrestling fans never heard of RoH... which is what I meant.

IF that report on the reason why Christian's title reign was so short and how he was never intended to be champ&brand not being build around him.....

I guess Christian is going back to the mid-cards while Orton goes on to face Henry or somebody else for his first reign!?!?:(

Gotcha

the fact that fox got hurt is irony to the highest standard. i'm do not wish anyone to be hurt but alica fox nearly kills someone every time she pulls a move

To me Christian is ME material. That's my opinion. He basically carried ECW for a year. That might no be much I guess. But he's shown potential for years. He's solid in the ring and on the mic. Hell Swagger got a couple months, So did Sheamus when he was greener. It just doesn't make sense. At the very least they should have had Orton win a match then they face off at Over the Limit. days old reigns make the title look worthless.

If CM Punk goes back to ROH, then I would do somthing like Steve Austin's gimmick in ECW.

This.....

It's becoming more and more obvious that guys are getting pushes based more so off of who like them than whatever talent they might actually have. Fans WILL get fed up with tit after awhile. Hopefully the Smackdown ratings plummet after this and Vince will take notice..
