Don't you get mad at me for "assuming" why you watch wrestling?
So now why do you turn around and assume why everyone else is watching? That they are just "watching out of habit"?
What if they actually *like* it? What if they *don't* think it's ****?
I can sit here and complain about Cena title runs all I want, because he beat The Miz who is my current favorite, but the fact remains I love Raw as a whole, beyond just Miz.
I may complain about Smackdown because I don't feel there's as much effort put into Smackdown as there is into Raw, but I still enjoy the show on the whole. I've probably invested more time and effort into WWE the past year or so than I ever have in any other time. Including when WWE was at it's best in my opinion in late '99 - 2000 - early '01. On Tuesday I'll be going to my 3rd WWE show in the last year.
I'm not watching out of some kind of habit, I'm watching because I genuinely like it. I don't even know wtf "watching out of habit" even means - if someone doesn't like something they will tune out.
So why now are you all of a sudden assuming why people watch WWE when you'll be the first to jump all over me for "assuming" why you watch WWE.
Just because the IWC is all over certain wrestlers doesn't mean the rest of the audience has the same response towards them. Yes, Christian is largely over, and yes I agree their direction with his title reign is not the correct way of handling his reign, but I think it's safe the say the general audience probably doesn't take to Christian the way the IWC does. Like I said, the PTB are correct in saying that he can't carry a brand. I don't see that as a valid excuse to treat him the way they did in this ordeal, but Christian isn't a big time main event kind of guy.
