Hey folks-- cinematheque got in touch with me about using the chat for the oracles, and I ended up setting up an IRC room which I think will be much faster (given we might get bogged down, and SHH will probably go down at some point) and a good hub specifically for the Oracles to cross-communicate. It seems important that the Oracles aren't completely segregating themselves via city because there could be similar logostics game-wide that will be useful in each city and for every oracle.

So if you're up for passing this along to your city specific groups and want to modify the regional Oracle threads to reflect...

theres a small parking area at the park. but depending on how many people show up and how early you get there they might be all full. but theres a lot of parking on the streets nearby. im surprised they picked that location though, its a really small park.

as i said, its a pretty small park. im sure 300 people would fit, but it would be very crowded. i shot one of my school projects there if you want to see what it looks like:

the closest bart is Colma and it would be about a 20min walk to the park. if anyone wants, you could arrive about an hour or so early and i could be there to pick you up and guide you to the park from the bart station. i dont have a car though, so we will have to walk :P

and just in case, the closest theater is about a 30-40min walk.
