Transformers WTF? Why is Kevin Smith pissing on Transformers?

Clerks 2.... he's all about the anti-Transformers.

He's about as uber geek as they come, I thought he for one would understand teh coolness of The Transformers.

Its just a movie, Im a huge transformers fan and I loved clerks II and i thought all of it was pretty damn hilarious, besides he made fun of the LOTR, Star Wars, and Kevin smith loved the new star wars movies, so dont take any of it seriously it was all in good fun.

just surprised that dude who is all about the crappy prequels was trashing a cartoon that was still oogles better than star wars prequels except episode 3, no worries mate, kevin smith trashing all the nerds, just thought he'd treat transformers with more respect considering how much he worships george lucas and his overrated fluff

Honestly i cant remember all that well i think it was somthing about them being gay or somthing like that... but it was funny. my brain was overloaded by laughing and i forgot.

Randall is and always has been the "wrong" guy. Almost everything he says is wrong, geek related, by what Kevin smith likes. Think about it, he said Return of the Jedi was the best star wars film, even though Smith has said Empire is the best. Randall is an annoying (and hysterical) mouthpiece for Smith to have an arguementative loudmouth for his dialogue.

Just because a single character in Clerks II (Randall) dislikes Transformers does not mean that Kevin Smith is pissing on the Transformers: it means that RANDALL is pissing on Transformers.
