WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2007.

Dang, I am sure that many gamers here probably don't play wrestling games, but is anyone looking forward to this game?

I always thought Wrestling games were fun with multiplayers, especially Royal Rumbles.

Yeah, I used to LOVE the Smackdowns. Going through the year, following the story of your character. I haven't played the most recent one's, but I have played like a couple PS2's, and few PS1's.

Here Comes The Pain is easily the best Wrestling game for me.

HCTP was the best in a lot of ways....I really loved Brock Lesnar and Goldberg.

You know what would make me insanely happy? It will never happen, but Brock, Goldberg, Bret Hart, Hogna, Jake the snake, demolition, british bulldogs, lod and ultimate warrior all as legends.

I like the whole analogue control for the new next gen (ie 360) version and the graphics look fantastic, and it looks to take a leaf out of the excellent def jam series for enviroment hotspots.

Looking forward to playing as lashley, finlay and the boogyman.

its actually not coming to ps3 this year. 2007 is only coming on next gen to 360. ps3 wont get it till the tail end of next year, sd vs raw 2008

HCTP was the second best. The season mode was awesome. Which is the main reason I didn't like SvR or SvR06.


...Then again,06 did have the Buried Alive Match.....

If they took Wrestlemania 2000 from the N64, gave it a new roster and a new coat of paint, I'd happily pay full price for it, several times even. Hopefully this game lives up. Anyone know if the roster has some guys from the ECW relaunch or not? Judging by the title, I'd guess not, but I'm still holding out hope

No sadly. The rooster cut off date was JUST before ecw relaunched full scale (I would have loved to have seen sabu and sandman). But the last installment had ecw play a big role in the season game, so who knows for sure?

As much as I know, there won't be any ECW people, with the exception of Kurt Angle, Benoit, and RVD.

Btw, the first person I am using is Edge. His stats should be high, now that he's a main eventer.

I liked eddie, but to be honest, i wanted more people like warrior, bret hart, the rockers, hart found dation, demolition, jake the snake and the true legends...I respect eddie, i really did, but I just guess I would rather more old school wrestlers.

Graphics are amazing on 360 anyways.

I also hope that you can fix your entrances like you could on Day of Reckoning 1 and 2. Damn, that was cool doing that. Since it's on Xbox and 360, I can have my own CAW music.
