X-box One TV question

I just got the xb1 yesterday, I think I have my One Guide set up right, only thing, voice command doesn't seem to want to change the channel. Is it a known issue? Or just my luck? I have Brighthouse digital cable, if it matters.

Did you check to see if Kinect can hear you? Theres a way to run the Kinect test through the settings menu. Or is it just a TV issue? Try going to the Tv & One guide within the settings menu, that might help ya out.

And if ya don't know how to get to settings, as it is a bit hidden, just hit the start button then go to settings.
