I found Andrew Kevin Walkers screenplay for the first X-Men movie. This should be a very interesting read, it features the original lineup (Professor Xavier, Cyclops, Jean Grey, Beast, Iceman, and Angel.) including Wolverine. The villians are Magneto, Sabretooth, Toad, Juggernaunt and Blob.

The only official early script I know about was written in February of 1999 by Ed Solomon, Chris McQuarrie, Tom DeSanto and Bryan Singer.
