Sequels X-Men: New Hope

Lol. I don't see how you guys didn't see the brother thing coming, I purposely named him a C name, then even had Moira have a line that slightly foreshadowed that maybe there was more to the patient than just being some random guy. (Are you sure you want to do this? Think of who this..)

Oh, no, I saw it coming, simply because it works better plot-wise than reintegrating Charles Xavier from atmospheric dust :p Good bit on the foreshadowing, though.

Cedric's just a funny name. Sounds like a seedy little Cockney bastard ;)

Well, Cedric, Charles, and Cain. :) Haha. Trust me, his name wasn't put much thought too really, just that I knew I needed a C name.

^Gotcha. Oh, those crazy Xaviers and their alliterative names.

Holy s**t, Batman! Now, you're talking... er, writing. I didn't exactly see it coming, because I was expecting the generic theory of Charles leaving his body before he was, what's the word, demolecularized and then taking over the body of a comatose twin brother. Oh wait. I could so picture Ian explaining Cedric, so points for that.

Thanks, Lex. :)

WTF?!?!?!?!?

This is getting good. I am starting to think that this script is the most addictive non-regulated substance in the US. :woot:

great work on Jubilee's part in the Muir Island lab!!! Its good to see that people realize fireworks are more than party favors that sparkle and flash. :)

So, now for the wait...I present to you a little information on that X-Men: New Hope spin-off I mentioned earlier.

Remember how Trask said that Mystique had escaped? Well, she really has gotten herself in to some deep stuff, one might say she'll need a team with all the right factors. X-Factor, that is.

You read that right, the X-Men: New Hope spin-off will be X-Factor, and will not only focus on Raven Darkholme, but some of the X-Factor alumni from the comics you've come to know and love, including, of course, Jamie Madrox, who will also be returning from his stint in X-Men: The Last Stand. :)

Good news. It's a nice concept. I would love nothing more than having Mystique be her own boss and not a sidekick, and Jamie more... Jamie. I shall definitely be reading it. :)

Good. I'm glad your on board. :)

The roster is already planned. The plot is very loose at the moment, but I know a bulk of characters I do want to use. Some of which have been members of X-Factor in the comics, some that have not.

There will also be mutants that are not a part of X-Factor, that some fans may want to see as well.

I'm excited about this project. It's relatively small and not as grandoise in nature(meaning not as many characters and such) as New Hope is.

Love it.

There are some things I can see Ian actually saying, others I can't.. but then again an actor of his magnitude could pull all of that off.

I like twists.

I hope you all are clear on what has happened, right? Xavier really did switch his essence and self over to Cedric's body, and was the one speaking to Moira, but this is the backstory of Cedric, and where this may lead to, only I know. :p. I love withholding information. :p

Bumpity Bump for those who still haven't read the update, you know who you are. :P

Hehe, still great work, Bill. And I'm really excited about your X-Factor spin-off.

Haha. I know all about writing severals projects back to back, been doing it for years before I even knew the Hype existed. Neither X-Factor or X5 are FULLY planned, but I'll make it through both of them. I'm quite a trooper when it comes to my work, my art, and my passion.

i really like this script, though i do not sign in regularly i come on here to read the updates.

the one thing that i miss is The Juggernaut. does he make any kind of appearance in this?

i thought he was great in the last stand and they should've had more battle scenes with him.

He does not appear in this, no, but I am certainly not ruling him out for a sequel to the script. In fact, I have been thinking of him and the possibilites for his future while writing this, so who knows what the future holds.

WOW!! so when't the final battle?
It comes in the next couple dates, the lead up to it, the battle, the sacrifice of an X-Man's life, and so much more.

Sacrifice of an X-Man? Who could that be? Rogue... No, Storm... No, Hank... Magneto... Guess I'll wait and see. Nice build up of suspense. :p
