Does anyone know of marketing tie-ins for the movie? For instance, for "X3" and "Iron Man," 7-Eleven had these collectible Slurpee cups. Is there anything similar? Right now would be the time they'd start showing up...

Here's two tie-ins...Shick razors in Australia and Kingston Technology Company from Thailand.

One thing i'd like to have is an 'Art Of' book just like the ones they published when the previous two x-men movies were released. I've looked but i haven't seen anything on a such a book and the release of Wolverine is looming ever closer but there's still no info. :wolverine

I wonder if Burger King will do a kids meal? Or just a W&TXM kids meal when the film comes out & kill two birds with one stone?

There are a few books coming out, although I think they're more in regards to the 35th anniversary of the character (although having a new movie out certainly helps).

I saw this one at Borders this weekend: http://www.amazon.com/Wolverine-Inside-World-Living-Weapon/dp/0756645476/ref=pd_bxgy_b_img_b

There's another book coming out called The Wolverine Files which looks pretty interesting too.

I wonder if they're doing a novelization for the movie?

Are we talking about promotions for products in the movie or products at like stores?

I've been told that 7-11 is selling collectible slurpee of Wolverine, Gambit, Blob, and Sabertooth. Also:

Reserve your X-MenTM Origins: Wolverine game today for $5 (reservation fee counts toward final purchase). In this game for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, Wolverine explores his past and introduces new X-Men characters. Place your order for a limited time by going to any participating 7-Eleven® store. The suggested retail price is $59.99.

7-11 sells video games???

I had no idea...

I saw an ad for it at Game Stop last week and apparently they're going to have an exclusive level on their release version.

they did the same thing with the Spider Man 3 game. Their deluxe version had bonus features, and all for an extra $10.

I went and got my Wolverine one today, and was almost extremely pissed off because all of his were almost gone. There were a few Gambits left and TONS TONS TONS of Sabertooth ones left. And it's been too long since my last slurpeee, they're so freaking good.

I don't have a camera with me either. I have my phone and can send picture texts but can't get the pics on my computer in any way.

send a picture text to your e-mail address, most camera phones can do that.

once in your e-mail's inbox, save it to the pc and show us the goods :yay:

I mean both. Like for "The Dark Knight" and "Spider-Man 3" there were licensed products everywhere starting months before the release dates.

3-D! YES!

I'm always using my Iron Man & Incredible Hulk Slurpie cups. Now, I can't wait to add these to the rotation. They're really out now nationwide?

I got a whole collection of Slurpee cups on my desk at work. I'll be adding these!:wolverine

Electronic Extending Claws. If I were still a kid I would love these.

I have the Star Wars, Superman Returns, X-Men: The Last Stand, Spider-Man 3, Halo 3, Iron Man and Incredible Hulk Slurpee Cups and definitely plan on adding the Wolverine cups to my collection. I'll probably go pick some up today. There are four cups and four straws?
