I bought this issue at the beginning (and # 2) of last month and now I can't find it....
Ughhghhh I've been so busy lately...I can't get anything right lately.
I hate college full-time.
I hate work.
My girlfriend would kill me if I said I hate her...(just kidding. I've loved her for years. I honestly wonder why shes with a dork like me. lol. even when things get really rough Than again...I am pretty sexy.
)
Right now im just sooooo stresssed ughghaghgh!!!
Anyways enough about my social life, I might as well add my 2 cents.
I love JMS early work. I think he had a great handle on Peter Parker and Mary Jane. He wrote the BEST Aunt May. She should be someone that peter looks up to (as she was in the stan lee days; see her quote about gumption) Not someone that should be constantly pitied upon.
I do not however like all the forced mystical mumbo-jumbo. He was an excellent writer, he always wrote great dialogue...but sometimes his stories felt too forced. I don't have any complaints about the first morlun arc...but the 2nd was just terrible. The story should have ended there. Ezekiel turning into a bad guy was a pretty bad move as well. Didn't he change himself during the Morlun arc? from being selfish to selfless? I mean He risked his life to save Peter's.
