Comics x-men the end question?

Does anyone know if the series of x-men comics called x-men the end, were ever released in a one boook collection of all the compiled three story arcs? i cant seem to find anything but maybe someone knows where i can, all i seem to comeup with are the three seperate ones. thanks
also i have a question: why was jean in an egg? and how old is this series?

X-Men: The End - Book 1: Dreamers and Demons 1-6
X-Men: The End - Book 2: Heroes and Martyrs 1-6
X-Men: The End - Book 3: Men and X-Men 1-6

Jean and the X-men age are defined...but they are rather old....
Jean/phoenix hatches it self from an egg...thats how she was reborn

Wasn't Storm paralyzed in those arcs? I think it was dreamers and Demons.
