X-men The Last Stand DVD

I'll buy it and I hope they include a lot of extended and delated scenes... or else

Yes, to hopefully see a better cut of the movie

Even though the scenes that were cut from the Original Print of the film werent finished, i'd say everyone here would love this film if those scenes were kept in and/or Brett had more time to finish them, this would have been THE X-men Movie

As stated in my other thread, I really hope they bring out a dvd box set with all 3 films when the X3 dvd hits, like they did with Blade. Im a sucker for box sets. ;)

yeah same here :D

I just hope that the box set is like the box set they released for X2, with new packaging and artwork, and a little book that goes over every character in the movies.

If it's just a cardboard box with the 3 DVD's in their original packaging, I won't buy it.

They released a box set for X2?

They should include directors cut in the individual X3 dvd. Along with special features and whatnot.

because it is Brett Ratner who directed The Last Stand. it is most likely that he'll do a Director's Cut DVD or Extended CUT for The Last Stand. he does a director's cut or extended cut for most of his dvds (ex: Red Dragon).

I won't buy it.

Of course, I'll buy it. I have the X1, X1.5 and X2 DVD. Why stop now? I'll buy the first X3 DVD and if there's a DC DVD, then I'll buy it, too.

I will probably buy it & or a director's cut if there is one & watch it a few times & then put it back & forget I ever got it. I love X-Men & all but I have never been able to get into watching the movies repeatedly the same way I can this guy :spidey: or this guy :hulk:.

What would you like to see on the DVD?

I really hope they have an alternate version on the dvd or another version with the deleted scenes. Some commentary and all that good stuff.

But is a director's cut of the movie even possible?

More character scenes so we understand them better.

and the thong thing, yes.

Ratner flossing afterwards.

I'd like to see a bit more "cushion" in the non-action scenes, the pacing was a bit rushed, but I can't fault Ratner for that can I? ;)

I'd LOVE to see Callisto's first job before the Brotherhood: nudy dancing.

But seriously, some deleted scenes (or alternate versions of scenes), a 3 hour "Making of" special, "If Cyclops Had Lived..." special, "What's Next For the X-Men?" special, etc.

all this director's cut talk....apparently you guys didnt read ratner's interviews, where he was very specific about himself having a short attention span, and to keeping the movie short and fast paced. so unless news gets to him to change his ways, for his films will never be looked at again, i doubt an extended version, unless the studio insists, thats just the way it is.

it's suppose to be coming out around November. but if it doesn't do as well at the box office then it'll come out possibly september or october.

In which is actually doing very good at the box office and possible to defeat previous X-men movies in box office.
