will there be a 2 disc limited edition in Canada and US for Christmas or was that just a rumour?

It's a rumour. I don't think R1 will be getting the 2 disc edition until late next year.

I thought ratner said he is workin on a special edition to come out christmas time

It's another lie. The Special Edition coming out X-Mas time will be the same one the entire world is getting RIGHT NOW.

Does anybody know if the Region 3 DVD has all the 22 deleted scenes and all other special features? I wanted to check first before I buy. I hope you guys can help.

same, i wanna know too

i can't believe the extended danger room scene wasn't there...it pissed me off.

FYI,

It looks like The Last Stand will be making its Blu-Ray debut on November 14th. It would be interesting to see if the Blu-Ray version has all the special features that can be found elsewhere across the world, instead of the US release....

Will there be a DVD with all the special Feaures and all the deleted scenes in R1 for christmas time, or did Ratner lie?

Well, Beast is inside the movie, that's all that really matters.

DVD Sales Soaring

After enduring one of its worst slumps -- the aftereffect of last year's box-office downturn -- the DVD business is expected to set a new record for October, according to Home Media Retailing magazine. The trade publication observed that the 16 theatrical films released this month together earned $1.1 billion at the box office, including 20th Century Fox's X-Men: The Last Stand, which alone accounted for nearly 25 percent of that amount. Five million copies of the DVD version were sold during its first week in stores. Other strong performers were The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, The Little Mermaid Platinum Edition, Click, and Over the Hedge. In an interview with HMR, 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment president Mike Dunn observed, "The summer box office was up 7 percent this year, which is translating into a strong fourth quarter for home entertainment."

*Tries unsucessfully to read greek*:woot:

Actually i hate movie distribution companies here in Greece cause may times they give some totally irrelevant titles to the movies in translation

In X3 case, they translated "the last stand" as "the final encounter"....pfff

And in greek, it is read "I teliki anametrisi" :woot::woot::woot:

Also something funny. You can see Halle's name in greek on top right, it is written "ΧΑΛΙ", it is preferred "Halli". In greek, ΧΑΛΙ means "a mess" :oldrazz:
