JL/JLU clearly surpasses X-Men. From a fan equally of both, I don't see how X-Men surpasses JL/JLU unless you have an X-Men bias.

Wolverine can take Batman. I mean, he is the best at what he does and what he does ain't very nice.

That point is moot. I loved both shows, but lets face it, all Wolverine ever did was take out robot soldiers. Batman took on alien invaders, managed to stay alive against Kalbaak, successfully take down Parademons and outwit just about everybody. Sure Wolverine can fight, but I've never seen him in TAS actually take down genetically altered lions.

Jean is a member. The Pheonix was a force of nature that tried to destroy everything in it's path.

Magneto helped but he's not a member. If you want to start including everyone that helped the Justice League as well then the X-men are even more screwed than they were before.

wolvie has a healing factor if u dont remember that. batman is no different than any other human being. if he hits wolverine it wont do jack to him. even if batman uses his battoys wolvie still slices them apart

Batman is smarter. That's why he wins. Very rarely does he rely purely on force. For this reason he can take out anyone from the X-men tv series except the psychics and Rogue. I just don't see him running into a room screaming and trying to kung fu everybody to death.

Hippie Hunter did not say Pheonix was useless, he said that putting her in makes the whole thread/debate useless. And I quote "If you're going to include all the JL then this thread is completely useless. But if it's the founding 7 v. the X-Men's 9 there's a debate. Including Pheonix also makes this completely useless."

Going from your reading skill, juggster, all of the Justice League are useless.

...In fact, I'm pretty sure that's how he would beat the X-men. Being defensive I mean, if it does come down to a fight. Batman usually saves that fancy martial arts stuff for non-powered opponents. The guys with the powers is where the genius strategist comes into play...

I totally agree, BATS could take down Wolverine , no problem .
