That's what I love about this town. Sure, it's boring most of the time, but every 5 years or so, a girl will be beaten to death in the state park (and of course, our police dept. will do nothing about it), or something like this happens.

yeah, but the Sioux Falls PD is the one who caught him, and linked the DNA evidence. So once again, Luverne Sheriff's Dept. does nothing.
